OPD’s IPR Program Manager Sharice Zachary selected for prestigious mentorship program!

AdoptUSKids Minority Professional Leadership Development (MPLD) is a 12-month program designed for emerging leaders working in child welfare. The structured program includes hands-on experience, exposure to national experts, and mentorship opportunities. Sharice Zachary was selected to be in the 7th cohort of fellows. She is the first participant that doesn’t work with an agency, a testament to her leadership and vision.
