On Thursday, August 21st, approximately 40 attorneys attended the 19th Annual Parent Attorney Conference at the UNC School of Government in Chapel Hill. In addition to case law and legislative updates, this year’s conference focused on the role of Rule 17 Guardian ad Litems.
Not only is this conference a great opportunity to learn about changes in the law and ways to use them in practice, but it is also the perfect way to form bonds with other parent attorneys across the state.
