Benjamin J. Kull, Assistant Parent Defender, is a 2006 graduate of the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. Before joining the office, he represented parents and criminal defendants in court-appointed appeals for five years. He also previously served as an Assistant Attorney General at the North Carolina Department of Justice and a staff attorney at the Washington, D.C. nonprofit Bread for the City.
