Parent Day Volunteering!

June 26, 2026

Parent Defender Annick Lenoir-Peek and Interdisciplinary Parent Representation Program Manager Sharice Zachary volunteered at Parent Day at Randolph Correctional on May 30th. They also volunteered at Parent Day at Orange County Correctional on June 20th.

Parent Day is an opportunity for children 5-15 to spend an unstructured four hours visiting with their incarcerated fathers, grandfathers, and uncles. Lots of games and conversations are held in this less formal visitation setting… and we haven’t had fun unless we’re covered in glitter! Email us if you would like to learn more.
